​Mark your calendars for the highly anticipated Laureate Park Spring Porch Sale for a full morning of neighborhood browsing and buying.
 
Event Details:

• When: Saturday, April 11, 2026
• Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Where: Your own front porch or yard!

New for 2026:

• No Registration Required: Based on resident feedback, you no longer need to sign up to participate. Simply set up and start selling!
• Approved Signage: You may place a standard yard/garage sale sign in your yard on the morning of the event. To keep our community looking its best, please ensure all signs are removed after the event.

Starting Friday, March 20th, event announcements will be sent out and will continue every Friday until the day of the event.
Pro-Tip: If you have items left over after the sale, residents have donated them to our local donation centers.
