LP FIT

COVID-19 OPENING PROCEDURES
We're pleased to announce that LP Fit has reopened with safety and social distancing guidelines in place. LP Fit is open daily from 6-10 am and from 4-8 pm and is limited to 12 guests in the facility at one time. 

**Please Note that the facility is CLOSED from 10am - 4pm. 

Advanced reservations are required and are limited to 30 minutes. Each resident is only allowed 1 reservation per day and 3 reservations per week. 

We will continue to monitor usage and make adjustments as needed. 

Walkups not allowed, but reservations can be made up until 5 minutes before the scheduled time. 

Residents will be participating at their own risk and are encouraged to take appropriate measures to protect themselves, including following social distancing standards. High risk individuals are encouraged to avoid crowds and other situations that may put them at risk. 

LAKE NONA APP
​If you have already downloaded and registered on the Lake Nona app, please ensure that your app has been updated to the latest release and enable push notifications.


DOWNLOAD THE APP AND REGISTER AS A LAUREATE PARK RESIDENT:
  1. You may download the app using this link: http://onelink.to/tqb4pv
  2. Once downloaded, select Visit As a Guest at the bottom of your screen, then select Request Resident Access at the top of your screen.
  3. Complete the form and submit. Your request will be reviewed and you’ll receive a response via email within 3 business days, if not sooner. 
RESERVE A TIME SLOT:
  1. Once logged into the app, select the menu at the top left corner of your screen, then select LP Amenity Reservations and select LP Fit | Amenity Pass (you may need to scroll down on the menu).
  2. Push notification reminders for entry and exit will be sent to your device 10 minutes prior to your start time and 10 minutes prior to your end time.
  3. View confirmed passes on the My Lake Nona page of the app by selecting My Passes button at the top of the page.
  4. Available time slots will be shown on your screen. Select the timeslot card that you wish to schedule, then click Select This Pass click Continue Reservation and then Confirm Reservation to complete your registration.
  5. If you need to cancel a reservation, you may do so up to 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. After that time has passed, you will not be able to cancel and the reservation will count against your allotted reservations for the week.
Please Note: You will be waitlisted if the timeslot is full. If a cancellation is processed, you will be automatically confirmed and notified via push notification.

UPON ARRIVAL:
  1. Please show your app reservation to the attendant at the entrance and present a valid photo I.D. for any resident over 18 for entry.
  2. Remember:
    1. Social Distancing is required
    2. Masks or face coverings are recommended
    3. Residents will be participating at their own risk and are encouraged to take appropriate measures to protect themselves, including following social distancing standards
    4. High risk individuals are encouraged to avoid crowds and other situations that may put them at risk

LP Fit Policies and Rules

​LP FIT is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. 
The same FOB you use for aquatic center access will open the doors at LP Fit.  

LP FIT – RULES
  1. Access to LP FIT is reserved to members. Members are allowed to bring one guest to use the facility while in the company of the member.
    1. Key fob is required to enter LP FIT for doors will remain locked during operating hours.
  2. No one under the age of 18 is allowed in LP FIT premises
    • Those 16 and older are allowed in LP FIT ONLY if they are accompanied by their guardian.
  3. Proper athletic attire, decorum and consideration of the rights and comforts of others must be observed at all times. Athletic shoes are to be worn at all times. An exception is made for yoga classes in the studio.
  4. Food is prohibited in LP FIT. Beverages consumed during workout shall be in a container with a lid. Members or guests shall clean up spills immediately.
  5. Fitness center is not responsible for loss or damage to any member’s personal property or their guest.
  6. Members are responsible to pay for any loss or damage to property for which they or their guest are responsible.
  7. Members and guests shall refrain from bringing food into the facility.
  8. Beverages consumed during workout shall be in a container with a lid.
  9. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all times in the building and grounds.
  10. Smoking is prohibited in the building and grounds at all times.
  11. Only approved personal trainers are allowed to train members at LP Fit.
  12. Personal music may only be played using headphones.
  13. During peak hours, or while people are waiting, please limit your time on apiece of cardio equipment to 30 minutes.
  14. Please do not drop weights or allow weights to crash together.
  15. Please re-rack all weights and equipment when finished.
  16. Please wipe down all equipment when finished.
  17. Members and guests should be aware of their personal fitness limits. Use of fitness club equipment and exercise may be strenuous. Exercise at your own level and pace.
  18. Be courteous with your use of cell phones. Loud talking is disruptive to others’ workouts.
  19. In case of emergency, dial 911.
