I want to rent my home?
ALL leases are required to be registered with the Master Association within 10 days of execution. Please visit the HOA Documents page to download the registration form. There is a registration fee of $200 per lease required for all leases in Laureate Park. Amenity access will not be allowed until all items are received. Please also note, once the home is rented, the owners no longer get amenity access as their rights are transferred to the tenants. This does not apply to garage apartments. Failure to register your renters will result in fines, and a potential lien on your property. Note that leases must have a minimum term of 12 months (failure to comply with this term will also lead to fines and a potential lien on your property). Also please note that, unless previously approved by the Developer, new construction homes are not permitted to be rented until after the first year of ownership. This does not apply to resales.

Streets in Laureate Park are maintained by the City of Orlando. The Parking Division has confirmed that PODS are not allowed on City streets and/or alleyways. You may still reach out to them and try to acquire an exemption permit. PODS are allowed on driveways for no more than 72 hours. The container must fit completely on the driveway and must not block the sidewalk or apron. For any further questions please reach out to Artemis Lifestyles at email@example.com.
What are the rules about golf carts?
Golf carts are not allowed on public streets. Low Speed Vehicles (sometimes referred to as street legal golf carts) with a license plate can be on a public street as long as the speed limit is 25mph or less. Neither can drive or park on the sidewalk unless the sidewalk is clearly marked for golf cart use. This is a City of Orlando ordinance and is enforced by the Orlando Police Department.
