How do I get an improvement approved by the Architectural Review Board?

What "For Sale/ For Rent" and "Open House" signs are allowed?
Attached are two different versions of the sign. 18_lp_realtorsign_v2-guide_14.pdf and 18_lp_realtorsign_v2-guide_16.pdf
One has holes 16 inches apart (ends in 16) and the other has holes 14 inches apart (ends in 14). The one that you use is based on which sign pole you purchase. The options are on the bottom of each PDF as clickable links and below.
Sign should be placed perpendicular to the road to as to be viewed from either side of the street. Only one sign is allowed.
PENDING and SOLD top signs are optional.

I want to rent my home?
ALL leases are required to be registered with the Master Association within 10 days of execution. Please visit the HOA Documents page to download the registration form. There is a registration fee of $200 per lease required for all leases in Laureate Park. Amenity access will not be allowed until all items are received. Please also note, once the home is rented, the owners no longer get amenity access as their rights are transferred to the tenants. This does not apply to garage apartments. Failure to register your renters will result in fines, and a potential lien on your property. Note that leases must have a minimum term of 12 months (failure to comply with this term will also lead to fines and a potential lien on your property). Also please note that, unless previously approved by the Developer, new construction homes are not permitted to be rented until after the first year of ownership. This does not apply to resales.
When are trash days?
Please visit the City of Orlando website at, www.orlando.gov/Trash-Recycling/Trash-Recycling-Yard-Waste-Pick-Up-Schedule, for your home trash pick up date.
What are the rules about parking?
Streets in Laureate Park are owned and maintained by the City of Orlando, thus City ordinances apply. Almost all streets allow on-street parking. Cars cannot remain unmoved on the street for more than three days. Parallel parking is not allowed in alleys behind garages (this is a City of Orlando requirement).
What are the rules about PODS containers?
Streets in Laureate Park are maintained by the City of Orlando. The Parking Division has confirmed that PODS are not allowed on City streets and/or alleyways. You may still reach out to them and try to acquire an exemption permit. PODS are allowed on driveways for no more than 72 hours. The container must fit completely on the driveway and must not block the sidewalk or apron. For any further questions please reach out to Artemis Lifestyles at [email protected].
What are the rules about golf carts?
Golf carts are not allowed on public streets. Low Speed Vehicles (sometimes referred to as street legal golf carts) with a license plate can be on a public street as long as the speed limit is 25mph or less. Neither can drive or park on the sidewalk unless the sidewalk is clearly marked for golf cart use. This is a City of Orlando ordinance and is enforced by the Orlando Police Department.

How do I report a rule violation?

How do I sign up for the Laureate Park Facebook page?
Please note that the 'Unofficial' Laureate Park Facebook page is not managed by or affiliated with Artemis Lifestyles Management or Tavistock Development. It is a page that was developed and administered by residents at the community. If you would like access, please contact the site administrators directly. Tavistock does manage the Lake Nona Facebook page.

A formal annual/budget meeting is held once a year, with meeting notice mailed out a minimum 14 days in advance of the meeting date. Informal meetings are typically held once a quarter, with notice being emailed and posted the "News" section of this website.
Where do I get my mailbox keys?
Mailbox keys are issued by the US Postal Service. You can pick yours up at the Post Office at 6301 Hazeltine National Drive Suite 120 Orlando 32822. Phone Number: 800.ASK.USPS (800.275.8777)
