Attached is a highlighted map showing areas of impact, for the Phase 4 Residential utility work, that will begin May 6, 2019.. Further explanation of the colors below:
Yellow – JMHall will perform potable water line bore shots across the roadway in these locations. The mainline is on the north side of the roadway, so JMHall will dig down once the bore shots are in and tie into the existing mainline. Sidewalk, irrigation and sod in the ROW will be disturbed in the areas while they complete this work. Red – Part of this package is to install the services associated with the lot belonging to the resident at the current end of Eliot. Please make sure they are aware of the construction. Green – The sidewalk neighboring all this work will be closed due to construction efforts. Restoration of the area will begin once all work is complete and we anticipate a week to get sidewalk restored, irrigation back in place (if necessary), and sod installed. Note the timing can change on a whim pending sub schedules, OUC inspectors, and others. There is also the possibility the project is completed sooner. We will keep you posted as best we can. Lastly, the fence has come down to facilitate the work explained, and will not go back up. There is a watering truck wetting the area down daily and the vendor is fine grading areas for sod and seeding in the near future. Once the seed takes hold, the wind borne dirt will go down. |
