The Laureate Park Master Association's annual meeting will be held on Thursday, January 28th at the Lakehouse from 6:00 to 6:30. The Community Meeting will follow at 6:30. The agenda, budget and powerpoint slides can be found in the PDF links below. We wanted to showcase the Lakehouse for this meeting, but please note this is a smaller facility than the Lake Nona High School auditorium. If the space proves too small for our meetings, we will move back to the High School.

Traffic Committee Meeting – 6:30 – 7:30 A traffic committee is being formed by resident Steve Villatoro, and the first meeting will be held Tuesday evening. Steve is a great asset for Laureate Park in efforts to slow speeding through the neighborhood. He has been in contact with the City of Orlando to work to develop a ‘Traffic Calming Plan’ for the community. The purpose of Tuesday’s meeting is more to explain the process moving forward and explain some of the things we as a community can do in the meantime to try and calm traffic. Commissioner Gray is planning to attend as well. Links to related the City of Orlando’s Traffic Calming programs can be found below: We look forward to seeing you at both events.
