Laureate Park Master Association, Inc Bulletin Laureate Park Residents,

As Hurricane Idalia approaches Florida, the HOA remains committed to the safety of our residents and their families. 

Please remove all items from your exterior areas, including trash bins, plants, chairs, tables, grills, recreational equipment, etc. These items can be dangerous flying objects in the event of high winds. 

The HOA requested the builders of new construction homes to secure and/or remove their materials in advance of the upcoming storm. This includes emptying their dumpsters, removing all loose debris and tools, securing or removing the portable bathrooms, clearing any gutter socks near the home site, etc. 

The landscape and HOA team will be onsite after the storm to assess the community. If you see damage to the community common areas or your attached unit landscape, please take a photo and email them to the HOA Community Association Manager, Michelle Arditi at [email protected]. We will work as quickly as possible to get these issues addressed. 

If you are in an attached unit and need to have your roof inspected and/or repaired due to Hurricane Idalia, please take a photo, and email them to the HOA Community Association Manager, Michelle Arditi at [email protected]. Please understand the roof vendor will assess the roofs when it is safe to do so and when they are available to come out to the community. Depending on the assessment, roofs may need to have an insurance claim submitted and the roof replaced. The vendor will tarp any roofs that may need to be covered. Please keep in mind that materials could be delayed due to the storm.  This will take time so please be patient.

LP Aquatic Center

The LP Aquatic Center will close at 6 p.m. today to give the vendor time to secure the furniture and will remain closed until Thursday, August 31st.

LP Fit

LP Fit will close at 8 p.m. today, as usual. It will remain closed until Thursday, August 31st. 

Laureate Park HOA Development Update

The HOA will be holding a HOA Development Update on September 12th from 5pm - 7pm at Dockside Lake Nona (next to Canvas). 

Laureate Park Resident Open House

On September 28th from 4pm - 6pm Laureate Park will be hosting a Resident Open House at Dockside in Lake Nona (next to Canvas). This event is for residents who closed on their property this year. We would love for the residents to meet local business partners and the HOA Artemis team.

Hello Laureate Park Residents,

This email is to provide an update on the main pool motor at the LP Aquatic Center. The pool motor is scheduled to be repaired this weekend and will be open for use by Monday, August 7th at the latest. 

This is also a good time for a reminder of access policies and the facilities rules.  Access to LP Aquatic is gained by using the Lake Nona App.  The attendant on duty will check in members and family/guests as they arrive to the facility.  Even if you are familiar with the attendant, we would ask for your patience as they need to check in members on arrival with their tablet.
First and foremost, we would ask that you please be considerate of other members and families while enjoying the facility.  Disruptive behavior can ruin an otherwise enjoyable day at the pool for others.
The rules for LP Aquatic are posted as you enter the facility and on the Laureate Park website.  With the increase in activity at Laureate Park Aquatic, we would like to remind residents of the particular rules below.  

1. No diving, running or horseplay permitted
2. No glass permitted in the fenced pool area
3. No food or beverages in the pool or the pool's wet deck
4. No loud music allowed, earphones are to be used
5. Be courteous, no boisterous behavior or crude language
6. Please be respectful of the 'quiet/tranquil pool' area and refrain from disruptive behavior
7. Large inflatables are not permitted
8. Please keep the lap lanes clear as this disrupts members swimming laps

LP Aquatic attendants and security will be monitoring and walking the facility during operations.  Note that continued violations of LP Aquatic rules will result in the member being required to exit the facility.  If violations continue beyond that, entry to LP Aquatic may be suspended.
