Dear Laureate Park Residents,

With pool reservations being made through the Lake Nona App, please ensure that your Lake Nona app has been updated to the latest release and enable push notifications.

In order to access the Aquatic Center and Half-Basketball Court on your reserved date and time, you will be required to show your reservation confirmation via My Passes on the Lake Nona app or your email confirmation and a Valid I.D. for each resident over 18.

DOWNLOAD THE APP:
  1. You may download the app using the appropriate link below:
    • Apple App Store
    • Google Play Store (there are known issues with requesting resident access for Google Play users. Please visit lakenonaapp.com and follow the directions below as a workaround if you experience any issues.)
  2. Once downloaded, select Visit As a Guest at the bottom of your screen, then select Request Resident Access at the top of your screen.
  3. Complete the form and submit. Your request will be reviewed and you’ll receive a response via email within 3 business days, if not sooner.

RESERVE A TIME SLOT:
  1. Once logged into the app, select the menu at the top left corner of your screen, then select LP Amenity Reservations and select LP Aquatic Center | Amenity Pass (you may need to scroll down on the menu).
  2. Available time slots will be shown on your screen. Select the time slot card that you wish to schedule, then click Select This Pass, choose how many guests from your household will be in attendance (up to 6 residents, no guests) click Continue Reservation and then Confirm Reservation to complete your registration.
  3. View confirmed passes on the My Lake Nona page of the app by selecting My Passes button at the top of the page.
  4. Push notification reminders for entry and exit will be sent to your device 10 minutes prior to your start time and 10 minutes prior to your end time.
  5. If you need to cancel a reservation, you may do so up to 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. After that time, you will be unable to cancel and it will count against your allotted reservations that week.

Please Note: You will be wait listed if the time slot is full. If a cancellation is processed, you will be automatically confirmed and notified via push notification.

UPON ARRIVAL:
  1. Please show your app reservation to the attendant at the entrance and present a valid photo I.D. for any resident over 18 for entry.
  2. Remember:
    1. No guests will be allowed during the initial phase
    2. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
    3. A Valid I.D. will be required for entry for anyone over 18
    4. Social Distancing is required
    5. Masks or face coverings are recommended
    6. Residents will be participating at their own risk and are encouraged to take appropriate measures to protect themselves, including following social distancing standards
    7. High risk individuals are encouraged to avoid crowds and other situations that may put them at risk

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Amenity Update

6/29/2020

Hello Laureate Park Residents,

We would like to provide you with several updates and information about our community.  First let's start with the re-opening of many of the community's common elements.
  • LP Fit – LP Fit has been open for the last few weeks and we would like to thank everyone for abiding by the new rules in place.
  • Playgrounds – The community's playgrounds will “officially” be re-opened this Friday.  Please continue to exercise "social distancing" while using the playgrounds throughout the community.
  • Half Court Basketball – This will open July 3rd. The entrance is through the main pool entrance.
  • New Pool Pavilion – This new area is open for you to use but, reservations for gatherings will not be taken at this time.
  • Pool – The pool will be re-opened on July 3rd however, you must use the reservation system in order to gain access.  The following rules will apply:
    • Aquatic Center occupancy will initially be limited to 100 guests.
    • Advanced reservations are required for entry via the Lake Nona app. Download the Lake Nona App (or visit lakenonaapp.com) and request resident access in the guest view in order to make a reservation.
    • Walk-ups are not allowed, but reservations can be made up to 5 minutes before the scheduled time, pending availability
    • Residents are limited to one (1) reservation per day and two (2) reservations per week.
    • Two time slots are available per day and are 8 am – 12 pm and 2 pm – 6 pm.
    • Facilities will be disinfected between 12 pm and 2 pm.
    • No guests will be allowed during the initial phase.
    • Social Distancing is required.
    • Masks or face coverings are recommended.
    • No residents under the age of 18 are permitted without a parent or guardian.
    • A Valid I.D. is required for entry for anyone over the age 18.
    • Residents will be participating at their own risk and are encouraged to take appropriate measures to protect themselves, including following social distancing standards.
    • High risk individuals are encouraged to avoid crowds and other situations that may put them at risk.

Please understand, that by entering and using these common facilities, you are acknowledging that you may be exposed to or infected by Covid-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in illness, disability, or death. By entering and using these common facilities, you are voluntarily agreeing to assume the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself or your child(ren).”

Secondly, the Board has decided to change landscapers for the community.  Effective July 1, 2020 Berman will assume the landscaping duties for the community.  We expect that there will be a short period of adjustment, but it is our belief that the service that they will be able to provide will be more in line with the expectation for a community such as ours.

On a final note, we have noticed an increase in the amount of violation notices that have been recorded lately.  They are, to name a few, trash cans out on non pick-up days, blocking in neighbors with your vehicle, posting of signs and flags (these include political signs and unauthorized flags), not mowing of your yards and unauthorized architectural changes to your property. Please be aware that these issues are one that everyone agreed to when you purchased your property.

Your attention to these issues is appreciated.

Have a great day and be safe,

Laureate Park Master Association
