Hello Laureate Park Residents,
We would like to provide you with several updates and information about our community. First let's start with the re-opening of many of the community's common elements.
Please understand, that by entering and using these common facilities, you are acknowledging that you may be exposed to or infected by Covid-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in illness, disability, or death. By entering and using these common facilities, you are voluntarily agreeing to assume the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself or your child(ren).” Secondly, the Board has decided to change landscapers for the community. Effective July 1, 2020 Berman will assume the landscaping duties for the community. We expect that there will be a short period of adjustment, but it is our belief that the service that they will be able to provide will be more in line with the expectation for a community such as ours. On a final note, we have noticed an increase in the amount of violation notices that have been recorded lately. They are, to name a few, trash cans out on non pick-up days, blocking in neighbors with your vehicle, posting of signs and flags (these include political signs and unauthorized flags), not mowing of your yards and unauthorized architectural changes to your property. Please be aware that these issues are one that everyone agreed to when you purchased your property. Your attention to these issues is appreciated. Have a great day and be safe, Laureate Park Master Association The Laureate Park Information Center will re-open on June 17th.
You may visit them in person at 13615 Sachs Avenue Orlando, FL 32827. They are open Wednesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm. They are also open on Sundays from 12pm to 5pm. You may also call them at (407) 888-6500 or contact them via email at [email protected]. Dear Laureate Park Residents,
Starting Friday, June 5th, an amenity pass will be required to access LP Fit. Available amenity passes can be viewed and requested via the Lake Nona app. An amenity pass is only valid for the time-slot and duration indicated. Please review the attached additional rules and regulations in place during this time. Quantities are limited per time-slot to ensure all residents can share public amenities and adhere to occupancy limits for each amenity. The maximum number of available passes per resident is detailed in the pass description. Please ensure that your Lake Nona app has been updated to the latest release and enable push notifications.
