Dear Laureate Park Residents,
First, we would like to thank everyone for their continued patience and understanding with the reopening of the amenities. As such, we wanted to provide a quick status update on the opening of the amenities. Playgrounds – we continue to follow to lead of the City of Orlando, which still has all their playgrounds closed. We are aware that some playgrounds have had the caution tape removed. Note that this was not done by management and that we will be reapplying the tape. Aquatic Center – We are projecting that we will be able to re-open by the end of June. Note that when we re-open, pool access will be available via reservations and occupancy will be limited as per guidelines established by the State. LP Fit – We have spaced the equipment to encourage social distancing and have removed all free weights, at this time. In order to ensure the reduced building occupancy is adhered to, we will be setting up a reservation system with the Lake Nona App. We project that the Lake Nona App will be able to accept LP Fit reservations by June 5th. Once the app is ready, we will reopen LP Fit and start taking reservations for use. Note that when LP Fit reopens, hours of operation will be limited and the facility will have an attendant on duty. The following rules have been established in anticipation of the reopening of LP Fit:
We will continue to keep everyone updated, as things progress. Thank you, Laureate Park HOA

Laureate Park Residents,
Please note that since the amenities are currently closed, the HOA is not providing key fobs at the moment. Please do not go to the Info Center, as it continues to be closed, and please do not go to the Canvas Restaurant side asking about fobs as they do not work with that in any capacity. Once plans are finalized, and the amenities are set to be open, you may reach out to Bryan Merced at 407-725-4830 or via email at [email protected] and schedule a time to pick up a new fob. As always, we thank you for your patience and cooperation. Hello Laureate Park Homeowners,
We would like to take a few minutes and update you on a few issues within the community. First, please allow us to thank everyone for their cooperation during these trying times. The Board of Directors and Management know that this has been a burden on many of you and we appreciate the fact that most of the residents within our great community have been following the CDC restrictions, that we have had to impose on the community. Now for some good news. Beginning Monday, May 18, 2020, Governor DeSantis authorized the lifting of the state’s restrictions on restaurant and retail store capacity. The Board is working with our insurance partners and counsel to ensure we safely re-open LP Fit. It is our hope to have LP Fit opened, in a limited capacity, by the end of the month. The other public areas are being examined and considered for re-opening as well. As you may be aware, the Laureate Park Aquatic Center has been undergoing a significant expansion during the winter and spring. This expansion includes a new lap pool, shade pavilion, half-court basketball court and expanded restrooms. The work is projected to be complete in late June. The Laureate Park Aquatic Center is projected to re-open at the end of June. Note that the Aquatic Center will operate at a reduced capacity due to social distancing requirements of COVID. We will have more information on the re-opening in the coming weeks. One final issue, the doggy stations. We have been receiving several complaints regarding the use, or lack thereof, of the doggy stations throughout the community. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Let us continue to show some pride in our community and use the doggy stations as required. NO one wants to see their neighbor’s dogs doing their business on their yards. The HOA, and you the owner, have paid a lot of money for the installation of these stations. Please USE them. Again, thank you for your patience during these trying times, Chris Gullion Office: 407-705-2190, ext. 266 [email protected] www.artemislifestyles.com 1631 E.
