 LP Fit Opens Next Week LP Fit will open for residents by noon on December 29th. After that, the facility will be open from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. The same FOB you use for aquatic center access will open the doors at LP Fit. We will begin staffing the facility in January. Also, in January we will have an open house and demonstration day with the fitness equipment manufacturers. This will bring us up to speed on how to maximize our workouts. We will send an email invitation out once the date is finalized. Please do note the rules for the facility (see file link below). Of particular note is that LP Fit is for residents 18 years of age and older. Children of residents aged 16 years and older can use LP fit only if accompanied by their parent or guardian. Thank you everyone for your patience during the construction process. We are really pleased with how LP Fit has come together and are looking forward to having it open to Laureate Park. Canvas and LakeHouse Openings. We still project Canvas to open in mid-January, with the Canvas Market (breakfast, lunch and market) opening one to two weeks after. The building is looking great. The LakeHouse is nearly complete, and we are awaiting the final wood floor install. We anticipate the building to be complete by the end of January, and are planning to have our next HOA meeting at the LakeHouse. We have received some inquiries as to costs/scheduling for the facility. We will be finalizing the costs and scheduling procedures in early January, and will send an email out to residents when we finalize. Next HOA Meeting - 2016 Budget Approval We will hold the next HOA meeting on January 26th at the LakeHouse. At this meeting, we will approve the 2016 operating budget. Official meeting notice will be sent by the 12th of January, and will include a hard copy of the draft budget. In the interim, you can find the draft budget at the file link below.
