Canvas Restaurant & Market Opening

Canvas Restaurant in Lake Nona to Open Monday, January 25
 
Canvas will serve new American cuisine influenced by Florida’s Southern and Latin American roots led by Executive Chef Bryan Thoman. The menu features starters like house-smoked fish dip, mussels tomatillo, and braised short ribs. Entrée options include wood-oven roasted mojo chicken, pan-roasted snapper, and chimichurri hanger steak. A selection of flatbreads from the restaurant’s signature wood oven will also be available.
 
The Canvas bar will open daily at 3 p.m. featuring craft cocktails, local beers on tap, and limited menu items. The main dining room will open at 5 p.m. The adjacent Canvas market will open daily from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. beginning Feb. 8.
