Hurricane Ian Update

Dear Laureate Park Residents,

As Hurricane Ian approaches Florida, the HOA remains committed to the safety of our residents and their families.  

Please remove all items from your exterior areas, including trash bins, plants, chairs, tables, grills, recreational equipment, etc. These items can be dangerous flying objects in the event of high winds. 

The HOA requested the builders of new construction homes to secure and/or remove their materials in advance of the upcoming storm. This includes emptying their dumpsters, removing all loose debris and tools, securing or removing the portable bathrooms, clearing any gutter socks near the home site, etc. 

The HOA is in constant communication with Berman. They are currently driving all areas to check for anything that could be a hazard during the storm. Once the storm has passed, Berman will assess the damage and start the clean up process. 

In preparation of the hurricane, the pool will be closed today. LP Fit will be closed Wednesday and Thursday.

The Information Center (inside Canvas) will be closed Wednesday and Thursday.
